Frequently asked questions

How long does the learning path take?
Reading everything takes about three hours. Doing the exercises in each guide as you go takes a week of short sessions, which is the better way to learn it.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The path is written for professionals who use software at work but have never written code. Where a technical idea matters, it is explained in plain English with an example.
Which AI tool do I need?
Any one major chat assistant with a free tier (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) is enough to complete the path. If your employer provides Copilot or Gemini for Workspace, use that.
What is the difference between this and the course?
The learning path is free reading. The AI at Work course adds structured lessons, exercises, quizzes, a capstone project, and a completion certificate, for people who want a guided program.
